What are your pricing plans?
JoggAI offers Free, Starter, Creator, Team, and Business plans for different production needs. The Team plan is available with annual billing only, while Business plans provide custom credits and seats. Available credits, features, and processing speeds vary by plan. What is the difference between monthly and yearly subscriptions?
Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly, while yearly subscriptions are charged once a year. The effective monthly cost of a yearly subscription is lower. Plus, you get all the credits at once with a yearly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. For Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers upon request.
Can I use my subscription credits with the JoggAI API?
Yes. JoggAI subscription credits are shared across the platform, API, and MCP, so you do not need to purchase a separate API plan. API calls deduct credits from the same balance according to the feature, model, output settings, and duration used. For current plan allowances, visit our Pricing Page.
What happens to my unused credits?
Unused credits from monthly plans can roll over for up to three months. Annual plans grant the full year’s credit balance upfront, giving you more flexibility to use credits throughout the subscription term.
How can I get extra credits?
Exclusive credit top-ups are currently available to Creator 5 subscribers. If you are on another plan and need more credits, you can upgrade your subscription or contact our sales team for a customized Business plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to “Account & Subscription” > “Subscription” and click “Cancel Plan.” Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for the next cycle. Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable.
